Cancelling a share-link zip upload now cleanly aborts the upload on B2's side too, preventing orphaned multipart uploads from being left on Backblaze

Fixed large file uploads getting stuck on "Starting…" — uploads now show progress immediately, even for files several gigabytes in size
Cleaner upload progress bar — the bar now runs once, smoothly, during the actual B2 upload; the label shows "Initializing…" while the file transfers to the app first
Drag files into folders to move them — select one or more files, drag them onto any folder (or the back/parent row), and they'll move there; progress shows in the Transfers window
Fixed multi-file drag doing nothing — dragging a selection of files now works correctly
Fixed context menu getting cut off — right-clicking a file near the bottom of the window no longer clips the menu off-screen

Faster folder sharing — zip uploads now happen in parallel chunks instead of one piece at a time, significantly faster for large folders
Progress during packaging — while zipping a folder before sharing, you now see a live count like "Packaging… (1234/5000 files)" instead of the app appearing frozen
Warning if you close mid-share — closing the share dialog while a link is still being generated now prompts for confirmation and properly cancels the background job
Traffic light buttons fixed — the red/yellow/green window buttons were getting swallowed by the draggable title bar and not responding to clicks

Share link generation from folders is now much faster on large files — parallel ranged downloads (8 streams per file) instead of a single stream

Downloads are way faster — large files and folders now download in parallel chunks, with automatic retries on flaky connections
Smart resume — if a download gets interrupted and you hit Retry, it skips files already on your disk instead of starting over from scratch
Folder sizes in the browser — every folder now shows its total size next to the name
One-click download on folders — a Download button now sits on folder rows, matching the one files already had
Accurate progress for folder downloads — the Transfers window now shows live byte progress, total size, and transfer speed
"Show in Finder" on completed downloads — when a download finishes, a Finder button appears in the transfer row
Cleaner listings — hidden placeholder files (.bzEmpty, .keep) no longer show up in your file list, searches, downloads, or share zips

Screen stays awake during uploads — the browser now requests a wake lock so your laptop won't sleep mid-upload
"Don't leave!" warning — if you accidentally close the tab while files are uploading, the browser will ask you to confirm first
Junk files are silently skipped — .DS_Store, Thumbs.db, desktop.ini and similar system clutter are filtered out automatically
4 files upload at once (was 1-at-a-time) — the queue now runs 4 parallel workers so folders finish much faster
Stall detection — if a chunk gets stuck for more than 90 seconds with no progress, it's automatically killed and retried
Smarter retry with backoff — transient errors now retry up to 8 times with increasing wait intervals
Progress bar stays honest — caps at 99% until every file is truly confirmed, then jumps to 100%
Partial success handling — if some files failed, the success screen shows a note like "2 files were skipped" rather than pretending everything was fine
Admin: Delete Project — permanently removes the project and all its files from the database and B2 storage
Admin: Sync from B2 button — scans B2 for files that exist in storage but aren't in the database and imports them automatically
Admin: Per-folder and per-file download buttons
Admin: Ghost file cleanup — files in the database that no longer exist in storage are automatically marked as deleted
Admin: Status dropdown — change a project's status (Active / Delivered / Archived) inline
Admin: Folder grouping — files uploaded as part of a folder are grouped under a collapsible row
Admin: Audio/video preview — media files now have a preview button that opens a fullscreen player overlay
